To create and maintain an account on 999gam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Verification: The Platform reserves the right to verify your age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to the Platform's satisfaction, your account may be suspended and any winnings accrued before verification may be withheld pending satisfactory confirmation of eligibility.
When registering an account on 999gam, you agree to the following conditions:
You must provide your real full name, a valid email address, date of birth, residential address and any other information requested during the registration process. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. Notify the Platform promptly of any changes to your registered details.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you. The Platform will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account holder is found to be ineligible; or (d) regulatory requirements necessitate closure. Where possible and appropriate, the Platform will notify you of account closure.
Note: 999gam staff will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately using the email address on this page.
The Platform is required to verify the identity of its users for the purposes of age confirmation, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time the Platform deems it necessary.

You must not submit any altered, obscured, falsified or fraudulent identity documents. Submitting fraudulent documentation is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory KYC completion where verification has not already been completed. The Platform aims to review submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe, but makes no guarantee regarding review duration.
Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any payment method used.
Where payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are referenced on the Platform, this is for payment-context purposes only. None of these providers endorse this Platform or guarantee gambling-transaction support. You must verify that your chosen payment provider permits the transaction type before initiating a deposit.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Actual transaction processing and any applicable currency conversion are determined by the payment method and operator's systems. The displayed PKR balance is for reference purposes; users should review their transaction confirmations for the definitive record.
Minimum deposit amounts may apply and vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. The Platform reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be: (a) fully KYC-verified; (b) in good standing with no active flags or investigations; and (c) free from any active bonus wagering requirements that have not been satisfied.
Withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. The Platform reserves the right to require that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, the Platform may request additional verification before processing.
The Platform will process withdrawal requests within the timeframe set out in the operator's cashier documentation. Processing times are indicative only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to: (a) incomplete KYC documentation; (b) bonus condition requirements; (c) payment provider processing schedules; or (d) internal security reviews.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 999gam are subject to individual promotion-specific terms that are published at the time of the offer. These general Terms govern bonus activity in the absence of more specific promotional terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount — or the combined bonus and deposit amount — must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games and other categories may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the time period stated in the promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds and winnings derived from them will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.
The Platform monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, coordinated activity across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotions contrary to their intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses removed and winnings voided, and may be subject to account closure.
The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: technical errors, suspected abuse, or material changes to operator circumstances. Where a promotion is withdrawn, users who have already met all applicable terms will retain their earned bonus value.
The availability of specific games, markets and features on the Platform is subject to change without notice. The Platform makes no warranty that any specific game, betting market or feature will remain continuously available. Game providers retain the right to withdraw or modify their content at any time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or connectivity failure during gameplay, the Platform reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. The Platform's determination regarding the validity of game rounds in the event of technical issues is final.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for individual slot titles and other games are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual results in any individual session will vary and may differ significantly from the stated RTP. RTP figures do not represent guaranteed returns.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — are provided for entertainment purposes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and contextual purposes only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999gam and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business or loss of profits.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or secure at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited on the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee winnings or returns. You accept this risk voluntarily and take sole responsibility for all gambling decisions made through your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
