Identity documents such as CNIC and passport copies submitted through the platform's verification portal are processed exclusively via HTTPS-secured upload flows. Staff access to KYC documents is strictly controlled and logged.

No digital platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data security incident that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Your Role in Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password for your 999gam account. Do not share your password with anyone. 999gam staff will never ask for your password via any channel.

Response Timeline: We aim to respond to all rights requests within 30 days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days with prior notice. We will not charge a fee for reasonable rights requests.
The 999gam Platform is strictly intended for users aged 18 years or above — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
Where we discover or have reason to believe that personal data has been collected from an individual under the minimum age requirement, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
